Stock Status

We are pleased to announce that we have integrated our website with our inventory database to give you the most up to date inventory statuses.  This database is updated online each day - usually in the morning.  While this is not truly a "live" stock status as it will not reflect orders placed during the day (ie. someone at 10AM orders the last Bauer visor - it will still show up as in stock throughout the day until the database is updated). 

Generally speaking, any item that is listed as just "SOLD OUT" should be in stock within about 10 days.  Longer delays should show up online as "SOLD OUT until....". 

As a rule of thumb, this system (like any other live stock status) can be subject to errors if products are entered incorrectly or there have been delays in processing received inventory.  To insure availability of an item, please contact us at either 877-333-7335 or info@refcloset.com for current stock status of an item and we will be able to physically check quantities for you.

Placing Orders

Orders may be placed over the Internet using our secure server, fax, mail, or phone.

Internet:
Place all the items you would like to order and once completed, click on "Place Order".  On the next page, enter your billing and shipping information and your payment information.  Once completed, click on "Select Shipping".  The following page is where you select your shipping options.  Once you are satisfied with everything that is displayed, click on "Submit Order".  Please record your order number for future reference.
Fax:
Complete everything above but DO NOT click on "Submit Order".  Print the page out and sign the form next to your credit card information.  You may fax the signed form to 815-377-4001.
Mail:

Complete everything as you would to fax the order to us.  Instead of faxing the information, you may mail it to:

You may call us anytime from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM EST - seven days a week at 877-333-7335.  These are the best times to ensure reaching somebody.  Calls placed before 5:30 will most likely be forwarded to our voicemail.  If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.  The owner answers all the phone calls and since he is a referee, there is a good chance that he might be officiating at an arena.  To expedite your order, please have the item numbers ready when you call (although it is not required).

Advanced Orders

For all advanced orders, your credit card is not charged until the item is shipped.  We will posts approximate ship times, but there are no guarantees.

Payment Options

Orders may be purchased using either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, check, or money order.  Any orders placed using a credit card will be shipped as soon as possible. (Please see shipping terms.)  

All orders placed with a payment method of check or money order will be held until payment is received.  When an order is received with a payment option of "Check or Money Order", the requested items will be removed from inventory for your order.  This reserve will last for 30 days or until payment is received.  If we do not receive a check or money order within 30 days, the items will be returned to stock and your order will be limited to what is available at the time of payment receipt.

Shipping Terms

Most orders are shipped the following business day as long as all of the items are in stock.  If an item is not in stock, it will generally take between 1 and 2 weeks for delivery.  We will let you know of any delays in shipping your order as soon as possible.

We ship through both UPS and the US Postal Service.  Light orders (under 2 lbs) have the option of either UPS or US Priority Mail delivery.  Heavier orders (over 2 lbs) will be shipped through UPS only.  You have your option of ground service, 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air.  Having an order shipped anyway other than UPS ground ONLY guarantees the transit time and not how long it takes to be processed.    Every effort will be made to process orders as fast as possible.  If you are in a rush and must receive your package by a certain date, please call us at 877-333-7335 to find out when your order will be shipped.  Below is the transit time map for UPS ground shipments.

Our shipping rates are based on UPS charges to your location.  These rates are automatically calculated by our shopping cart.  Please note that any backordered items that are shipped separately from the rest of your order will be subject to shipping charges.

International Orders (sent outside of the United States)

While we try to ensure that our shopping cart provides our customers with the best prices available, the truth is that it is not designed for calculating international packages.  Customers outside of the US have the option of UPS, Global Priority, and Parcel Post (ground) mail for delivery.  If the shipping charges calculated by the shopping cart do not seem correct, please email sales@refcloset.com to request a shipping quote (please be sure to include your complete shipping address and all the items you are looking at purchasing). There are times that we can provide better prices than those calculated by the shopping cart simply because the shopping cart does not have the capabilities of searching all the rates. 

It is important to note that the customer will be responsible for all taxes and brokerage fees related to the shipment.

Returns Policy

Returns are subject to the terms and conditions found at www.refcloset.com/returns .

For any defective items (we hope that their should not be any, but it COULD happen), please contact us immediately at 877-333-7335.  

General returns information:

  • For any exchanged items, replacements are usually sent out in the following day's UPS (depending on availability).
  • If you are exchanging an item for a different size, your credit card will not be charged unless we do not
    receive the original items within 30 days.
  • Exchanges for different products will be charged at the time of shipment with a credit being issued after
    receipt of the items.
  • Credits are issued within 15 days of receipt of the items.

Special Orders

Any special order item will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.  There are no returns on shipped special order items UNLESS the product is defective.  Please contact us at 877-333-7335 if you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy.
