For your convenience, we have created this online form so you may return or exchange items without calling ahead.  Items being returned must meet ALL of the following criteria    :
 
  1. The item(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The item(s) must still have the original tags attached.
  3. The item(s) must never have been used, hemmed, or altered.
  4. The item(s) should be in resalable condition.
  5. The item(s) are not any of the following:
    1. any custom product (including nameplates and embroidered bags)
    2. athletic supporters (unless still sealed in its original packaging)
    3. whistles

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The Referee's Closet will pay for the outbound shipping on any exchanged items (within the US only) shipped via UPS Ground.  Freight for all other shipping methods are the responsibility of the customer.

If the wrong item was sent on an order OR a product is defective, please DO NOT use this form.  Contact us at 877-333-7335 or info@refcloset.com to request an exchange.
