For your convenience, we have created this online form so you may return items without calling ahead.  This form may ONLY be used if the item(s) being returned meet ALL of the following criteria:
 

  1. The item(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The item(s) must still have the original tags attached.
  3. The item(s) must never have been used, hemmed, or altered.
  4. The item(s) should be in resalable condition.
  5. The item(s) are not any of the following:
    1. any custom product (including nameplates and embroidered bags)
    2. athletic supporters (unless still sealed in its original packaging)
    3. whistles

If the product in question meets the above 5 requirements, then you may proceed to use the form below.  If not, please contact us at 877-333-7335  or info@refcloset.com to discuss the products.

If the wrong item was sent on an order OR a product is defective, please DO NOT use this form.  Contact us at 877-333-7335 or info@refcloset.com to request an exchange.

The Referee's Closet reserves the right to deny the return of any item(s) should the product be deemed as not resalable or it has not met the above listed criteria.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges to The Referee's Closet (and return postage should we feel that we cannot accept the returned item).  By clicking on the "Submit Return Request" button below, you agree to all the terms listed on this page regarding product return criteria, shipping, and The Referee's Closet's right to refuse the return.  Please call us if you feel there might be any problems with your return.

Once you have submitted this form, you will then be directed to a page that will have your RA# along with shipping instructions.  An e-mail with the same information will also be sent to the email address provided above.
