Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:30 PM (EST) with UPS will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:30 PM (EST) will ship the next business day. Please add a day for orders to be shipped via the US Postal Service. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Expedited Shipping (ie. Next Day Air, etc.). Selecting a shipping method other than UPS Ground or Priority Mail only guarantees the transit time - not how long it takes to process the order. Time in transit does not count the day the day a package ships or weekends/holidays. For example, a package shipped via UPS 2-Day Air on Thursday will not be delivered until Monday.
International Shipments (order shipping outside the US) - Certain companies restrict our ability to export their product outside of the United States. Because of these policies, we are unable to ship any CCM, Reebok, Oakley, or Bauer products outside of the United States. We would be more than happy to ship any other products internationally via either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Generally speaking, delivery times for these services are 6-10 days and 5 days respectively. The customer will be responsible for all brokerage and customs fees assessed at the time of import. These fees are charged by the local government and The Referee's Closet has no way of knowing what those fees would be.
Shipping Rates - All of our shipping rates are based on UPS or Priority Mail rates. You can receive a rate quote from our shopping cart at any point by just adding the desired items to the cart and entering the destination Country, State, and Postal Code.
FREE SHIPPING -- In response to CCM's enforced MAP policy for referee equipment, we are now offering free ground shipping on orders over $50. The exact delivery method will be of our choosing, but will most likely be either UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. The free shipping only applies to ground deliveries within the United States ONLY. The free shipping threshold applies to any order (or part thereof) that is over $50 in product that is actually shipping. For instance, an order is placed for $75 worth of product and free shipping is selected, but $40 worth of product is on backorder. If the order is shipped complete, free shipping would apply. If the customer requests sending the in-stock items now and the backordered items when they arrive, shipping charges will apply to both orders since each shipment is less than $50.
Returns on orders with free shipping - If an item from an order that received free shipping is returned for credit (not exchanged) bringing the new order total below $50, the appropriate shipping charge for the order will be deducted from the credit. In order to keep the free shipping, the final order amount (after any exchanges and returns) must be above $50.
